Foreign citizen who wishes to visit Thailand for business / working purpose
may apply for a one-year Non-immigrant Visa B. This type of visa may be
issued to a businessmen valid for 1 year.
General Requirement:
  1. Thai Company sponsorship (2 million baht registered capital per foreigner)
  2. Employment of 4 Thai employees per foreigner.
  3. Withholding Tax (Pay Roll).
  4. Social fund withholding.
